Yesterday was my first visit to the Speyside Stages, for round two of the 2022 Scottish Rally Championship.

We had a good start to the day and were pleased to be sitting 4th in class when we went back to service. We headed back out in the afternoon and unfortunately just before stage five the car kept stalling and we were forced to retire due to a clutch failure.

I really enjoyed our blast through Cooper Park and the rest of the stages were very fast and flowing. A disappointing end to the day but enjoyable up to that point and I learnt a lot.

Next up for us is the Jim Clark Reivers Rally at the end of May for the third round of the Scottish Rally Championship.
